配送ポリシー
配送ポリシー（日本国内のお客様向け）
当店では、ご注文いただいた商品を以下の条件に基づき発送いたします。
商品の発送は日本国内より行います。
一部商品は海外仕入れ品（並行輸入品）ですが、検品後に国内から発送しております。
配送業者について
商品は以下の配送業者にて発送いたします。
・日本郵便
・ヤマト運輸
・その他当店指定の配送業者
※配送業者の指定はお受けできません。
配送地域
日本国内および一部海外への配送に対応しております。
配送可能な国・地域は商品ページまたはチェックアウト画面をご確認ください。
発送までの日数
ご入金確認後、原則として5営業日以内に発送いたします。
後払い決済の場合は、ご注文確定後5営業日以内に発送いたします。
※土日祝日・当店休業日は発送業務を行っておりません。
※天候不良・配送業者の都合・繁忙期等により、発送が遅れる場合がございます。
配送料金について
配送料金は商品ごとに異なります。
各商品ページに記載されている配送料をご確認ください。
※複数商品をご購入いただいた場合、送料が加算される場合がございます。
梱包について
商品は輸送中の破損防止のため、十分な緩衝材を使用し丁寧に梱包いたします。
ただし、当店の商品の一部は海外輸送品・並行輸入品のため、
外箱に軽微なスレや凹みがある場合がございます。
内容物に影響のない外装ダメージについては、返品・交換の対象外となります。
配送状況の確認
発送完了後、追跡番号を記載した発送完了メールをお送りいたします。
配送状況は各配送業者の追跡サービスよりご確認ください。
長期不在・住所不備について
以下の場合、商品は当店へ返送される場合がございます。
・長期不在
・住所入力不備
・受取拒否
この場合、再発送をご希望される場合は、再送料をご負担いただきます。
配送トラブルについて
以下の場合、当店では内容を確認のうえ、可能な範囲で誠実に対応いたします。
・配送業者による遅延
・天候や災害による遅延
・お客様の住所入力間違いによる未着
ただし、明らかな誤配送や商品破損が確認された場合は、
商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。

📦 Shipping Policy (For Customers Outside Japan)
This Shipping Policy applies to customers located outside Japan.
Important Notice for Customers in South Korea
Customers residing in South Korea are required to enter their PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code) in the order memo at checkout.
대한민국 거주 고객은 주문 메모란에 반드시 PCCC(개인통관고유부호)를 기재해 주시기 바랍니다.
Orders to South Korea without a PCCC may be delayed or canceled due to customs clearance requirements.
PCCC 미기재 시 주문은 통관 불가로 인해 자동 취소됩니다.
Shipping Carriers
Orders will be shipped using one of the following carriers:
Japan Post (EMS)
Other carriers designated by our store
Customers cannot choose the shipping carrier or shipping method.
Shipping Areas
We ship internationally outside Japan.
Please note that available shipping destinations may change at our discretion.
Processing Time
Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
For deferred payment methods, orders will be shipped within 5 business days after the order is confirmed.
Please note:
We do not ship on weekends or Japanese public holidays.
Shipping and delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, customs clearance, carrier issues, or peak seasons.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on the product and destination.
Please check the shipping cost listed on each product page.
If multiple items are purchased, additional shipping fees may apply.
Packaging
All items are carefully packed with sufficient protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
However, some of our products are parallel imports or internationally transported items, and minor scratches or dents on the outer packaging may occur.
Damage to the outer box that does not affect the contents is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment through the carrier’s tracking service.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may be charged by the destination country.
All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned due to:
refusal to pay customs duties or taxes, or
refusal of delivery,
the customer will be responsible for return shipping and any re-shipping costs.
Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be returned to us in the following cases:
Long-term absence
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
Refusal to accept delivery
If you request re-shipment in such cases, additional shipping charges will apply.
Shipping Issues
In the following cases, we will review the situation and respond in good faith where possible:
Delays caused by the shipping carrier
Delays due to weather, natural disasters, or customs procedures
Non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer
Returns caused by unpaid customs duties or taxes
However, if there is a clear shipping error or significant damage affecting the contents of the item,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the case and respond in good faith.
